By drinking plenty of water your body will be able to perform at its optimal performance. When you do not drink enough H2O your energy decreases along with mental focus and physical performance.
5. A Healthy Sleep Routine– Our bodies are meant to function around the natural clock of day and night. Making sure that you get plenty of sleep is key in having energy. Everyone can be a little different when it comes to how much sleep they need but the important thing is figuring out how much sleep you need and then going to bed on time so that you can get it. Short naps of 10-20 minutes are also good ways to increase your energy throughout your day.
