Meet the team

Stephanie Jones

Stephanie Jones, ARNP-C

Stephanie has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2007 and is a board-certified Functional Medicine Practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She began her journey in functional medicine while caring for patients with persistent pain and has since expanded her work to support people with conditions including hypermobility, GI dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, POTS, and MCAS.

As someone living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS), histamine intolerance, and dysautonomia, Stephanie understands firsthand the challenges many of her patients face. This personal experience informs her compassionate approach and is one reason patients often seek her care—because they know she “gets it.”

Her approach is rooted in listening to your story and identifying the underlying causes of illness. She partners with patients to create individualized care plans that address nutrition, gut health, movement, sleep, and stress. Many patients come to her after being told “nothing can be done” and discover new hope and meaningful improvements in their quality of life.

Outside of her clinical work, Stephanie enjoys the outdoors of the Pacific Northwest, spending time with her family and service dog Tilly, playing board games, and nurturing her faith.

Amber Workman

Amber Workman, NBC-HWC/FMCHC, Clinic Manager

Amber’s own health challenges led her to discover Functional Medicine and the power of addressing root causes. After years of struggling with symptoms that conventional medicine labeled as “normal,” she was finally diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis and PCOS. Through lifestyle changes, education, and the support of a therapeutic partnership, Amber found new hope and healing—and now brings that same support to others.

As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, Amber combines her personal experience with professional training to guide clients through nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset changes. She is passionate about helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they take steps toward lasting wellness.

Amber believes that making changes can feel overwhelming, but with encouragement and the right tools, it’s absolutely possible — and worth it. She will walk alongside you as you pursue better health and a better quality of life.
